5 tips on how to kick-start the new school year

Make sure you eat your breakfast! It's always important to ensure you are prepared for a packed day of learning, and to do that you need good nutrients to fuel you through your day.

  1. Sleep Early! Sleeping early helps you to feel energized and refreshed during the day. Your mind and body will thank you when you get a full 7-8 hours of sleep.

  2. Organize your room! When your room is organized and clean, so will your mind! You will feel much more relaxed when you know where everything is, and when you see less clutter.

  3. Get something new! When you feel excited and confident to show off your new item, you'll feel less scared and stressed about starting another year!

  4. Stay organized! Write all your homework and due dates somewhere where you know will help you keep your assignments organized! It's always good to ensure you stay on top of your work before it gets to you!
